Currently the number of claims often followed by penalties from mobile carriers has increased. These claims regard funds withdrawal for error messages which aren't processed on partners' side for pen reason or another. Starting May 1, 2012 new regulation for the processing of error messages from partners using sms:transit is introduced.

In case your service does not process user's request, the text of SMS reply should start with the word "Error". For instance: Error. SMS processing failure. The text after "Error" can vary.

We ask you to kindly make all necessary revisions and to arrange services in accordance with the new algorithm till May 1, 2012. After this date the penalties from mobile carriers will be applied to partners who haven't implemented the scheme on their side.
